Following each package name is a list of the machines on which it is installed. Those abbreviated machine names represent the following:

BigBen refers to the Cray XT3 system

Pople is a SGI Altix SMP machine.

Salk is a SGI Altix SMP machine dedicated to biomedical research.

Opteron is a cluster of AMD Opteron machines available for biomedical research.
